The Mercedes-AMG G 63 Cabriolet marks the return of the open-top G-Class after many years of absence. Previewed by teaser images and videos, the new version will retain the bodywork of the W465 generation, adding a power-operated fabric soft top and specific details such as the spare wheel with integrated third brake light. It will be offered in the AMG G 63 variant, with an extremely exclusive setup, high performance, and the model’s characteristic off-road spirit. Production will take place at the Magna Steyr plant in Graz. Intended for a very affluent clientele, the new Cabriolet aims to become one of the rarest and most desirable versions of the G-Class family.
