Volkswagen has opened orders in Italy for the new 170 hp Golf Hybrid and T-Roc Hybrid, the first full hybrids in the range. The system combines the 1.5 TSI engine with two electric units and a 1.6 kWh battery that recharges while driving, allowing you to travel often in electric mode without plugging in. Total output is 170 hp and 309 Nm of torque, while the Golf accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds. Prices start at 39,250 euros for the Golf and 42,650 euros for the T-Roc. Deliveries will begin in the fall, together with the opening of orders for the 136 hp full hybrid version.
