The BYD Seal 06 Model Year 2027 debuts in China with a facelift that introduces important styling and technology updates. The front and rear have been redesigned, while a LiDAR sensor appears on the roof to improve the capabilities of the advanced driver-assistance systems. The sedan also grows in size, with an overall length about 150 millimeters longer. On the technical front, significant updates arrive: the electric version increases output from 218 to 326 hp and gets a more efficient battery, while the DM-i plug-in hybrid variants will benefit from a more powerful engine and greater electric-only range. It remains to be seen when these updates will also arrive in Europe.
